A GOOD tattoo is NOT cheap... A cheap tattoo is NOT good. (Its an old, old saying and it's as true now as it has ever been.)
I love covering crappy tattoos done by scratchers in their kitchens. If you have a seriously ugly tattoo I'd love to make that fug-ugly scratcher mess of a tattoo look great. I seriously enjoy repairing/covering crappy tattoos. The larger a crappy tattoo one gets from a scratcher, the larger a cover-up tattoo I get to do. And...that translates into how MUCH you eventually pay for your tattoo. But... it's your tattoo now isn't it?
A cheap tattoo will cost you MUCH MORE money over the long haul.
